My wife has been using Garden for Life Multivitamin for 10 years. She has nothing but praise for the good effects it has on her body. Price was excellent as well.
Just received my order and the label was different. Upon checking Garden of Life website they did change the label and the formula. Copper, Calcium and Magnesium are no longer included and several other items have changed.
I can tell a diff after taking these for a couple weeks. I have a lot of stomach pain due to GERD, and there aren’t many vitamins I can take, period. I thought the capsules were a bit too big for me to swallow at first, so I dumped them in all sorts of Mom’s Meals [Meals On Wheels provider]. It doesn’t taste bitter, more of a savory flavor. It’s good with meat dishes. I have even just dumped the powder in my mouth and it doesn’t taste bad! But, the capsules turned out not to be hard for me to swallow, after all. I don’t have to eat when I take one. No tummyache later! And, I have a bit more energy these days. I usually have none, so I’m grateful for any improvement! I feel like I think better, too. Needless to say, I’ll keep on buying these! Thanks, Garden of Life! And, thanks to my generous sister for buying these for me!
Garden of Life Multivitamin for Women – Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women’s Raw Whole Food Vitamin Supplement
I have been taking this multivitamin for years. The taste is bearable unlike other whole food vitamins on the markets, the ingredients are exceptional, and the price on Amazon is tolerable compared to local stores.
Good vitamins- good ingredients FROM WHOLE FOODS! They also contain probiotics, but not as many as I’d need to forego a probiotic supplement. I used these for many months as they are in the top 10 rankings, but have decided to try Naturelo (the new #1) for awhile. I prefer the fact that Vitamin Code comes in a brown glass bottle while Naturelo doesn’t.
Finally, a vitamin I can swallow. Filled with a lot of good stuff. I’m only taking 2 a day because I only eat whole foods so I’ve got to be getting some vitamins. I am a happy girl!!! 🙂
Very happy to find this multivitamin. Have been taking for about a month, this will be my next bottle. I take 4 per day as recommended and split them between two meals. Capsules are a bit large for my liking. Realizing if they were smaller I’d be taking more. I haven’t noticed any flavor when I take these.
I think these vitamins are good quality. They are large but easy to swallow with sort of a thin capsule that slips down easily. They are costly but the company is USA and uses 100% renewable energy. Also they are raw, vegetarian, gluten free and non GMOs. I would say it’s a good choice.
This is the first negative review I have ever written and I bought this brand on the recommendation of my physician. It’s only in the very fine print in the very fine print at the bottom of the ingredient label that you find out that the dose is four, yes four, capsules per day. No bargain here. They give you a taste akin to straw in your mouth and like to stick in your throat. It is wise to have a large glass of water ready. Never again will I buy these vitamins. Fortunately, physician has given me the name of another brand to try.
This supplement seemed to be working and agreed with me but I am baffled of why the price has more than doubled from when I ordered a year ago? Not fair, I am going to have to find another brand unfortunately.

After trying many vitamins for years, this brand formula was suggested to me by a friend. After taking it for a few months, I could see that my nails were growing faster, my hair stopped falling out nearly as much and I felt much more energy. I always take one with breakfast and one with lunch. I learned that taking vitamins too late in the day can keep you awake, so taking them at breakfast and lunch works perfectly for me. Great product!
This vitamin brand was recommended to me. I can feel the positive effects after a week of use. No side effects from taking the recommended dose each day as with some products where you have to start off slowly. The small capsules are easy to swallow which is a plus for older people. Also, the price is right.

I love these vitamins. Not pack properly. I opened the box and the vitamin box was open and the bottle half way out of the box. I go to open the vitamins and as I am taking the plastic off of the lid I notice the cap is cracked. See the picture. Again it’s not the vitamins themselves it who packed them. It’s a glass bottle so there needs to be extra padding.
Being over 60, I had been looking for a vitamin that included all if my daily requirements. This is perfect. Although the capsules are a wee bit too big. The are easier to swallow with milk. I think they are just what I was hoping to find. All the vitamins needed in one cap.
This supplement has all the desirable ingredients, by far superior to most over 50 daily vitamins. I no longer need to buy additional supplements since this capsule is comprehensive.
